I started taking Pilates lessons in 2004, after a snowboarding accident caused a compression injury in my neck and back. Then after two pregnancies, I began to experience back and hip pain. I started working with a classically trained Pilates teacher in California and noticed big changes in my body. Pilates helped me build strength, stability, endurance, and improve my posture. The practice targeted strength-building in my abdominals, pelvic floor, glutes and hamstrings, while increasing flexibility in my back and quads. I was amazed by the results…and how Pilates helped me to live pain-free.

In September 2024, I completed a comprehensive 450-hour classically-based Intermediate Teacher Training Program through The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. I started Laura Bibler Pilates in 2024 and teach students in my home studio. My studio is a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, fully equipped with traditional apparatus from top international manufacturers.

In March 2026, I completed an additional 500 hours of teacher training at The Pilates Center. This Advanced Teacher Training certification is the highest level of expertise in the full Classical Pilates repertoire on all equipment (Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, and Optional Equipment) in the system.

My deep understanding of biomechanics informs my ability to design personalized, progressive, and safe programs for all, from highly conditioned individuals seeking advanced movement training to complex students with specific injuries, limitations, or special considerations. Tailored sessions ensure safety and progression through complex movements, preventing injury through expert correction, and offering guidance to help students achieve long term health goals.

Private Lessons

Individualized instruction is the most effective way to learn, experience, and explore the Pilates method. In a one-on-one setting, each lesson is tailored specifically to you, allowing for a deeper understanding of the Pilates system and how it applies to your body and needs.

During each lesson, you’ll be guided through Pilates concepts and exercises while developing greater awareness of your posture, alignment, strengths, and areas for growth. This personalized approach helps you move more efficiently, feel more comfortable in your body, and progress toward your goals—whether that’s improving performance, reducing discomfort, or simply moving with greater ease in everyday life.

Each 50-minute lesson may incorporate a range of Pilates equipment and supportive props to maximize the effectiveness of every exercise.

Duet Sessions

Share the Pilates experience with a friend, partner, or family member in a duet session that blends personalized instruction with the synergy of working out together. Duet sessions are designed for two students, offering a unique balance of individual attention and shared motivation. It’s the perfect way to stay accountable, support each other’s progress, and enjoy quality time—while investing in your health and well-being.

Each 50-minute session is designed to meet the needs and goals of both students. You’ll each be guided through exercises that improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness, all while moving at a pace that feels right for both of you. Sessions may incorporate a full range of Pilates equipment along with supplemental props to enhance each exercise and deliver maximum results.

Duets are priced per student. Students are responsible for selecting their own partner, so choose someone who shares your goals, schedule, interest and commitment.

"Pilates helps with my hip and low back pains. For me, the two biggest advantages of Pilates compared to other exercise programs are the ability to get the support I need while developing strength, and the ability to target specific muscle groups. Laura is a very positive and non-judgmental coach, who is easy to work with. I definitely see the benefit of working with her to maintain good form and isolate the correct muscle groups."

"Laura's expertise has improved my mobility, strength and posture in a significant way. As a person that has struggled with numerous sports injuries throughout my athletic 67 years, Laura's training has kept me injury free for over two years now. In the past when I would attempt a new physical challenge I would usually end up being injured. Pilates is the best basic training for any sport because its sole purpose is to train and strengthen deep core muscles which enhance balance, strength and posture regardless of the activity. If there is a fountain of youth, I think it can be found in the concise and excellent training offered by Laura."

“From the first interaction to the final result, everything went smoothly. Really happy with the experience and would absolutely recommend.”
